Have been taking these from Nutricost for about a year now. They really do seem to help with muscle recovery after workouts. They are large capsules, but go down easy and have no smell or aftertaste. At 2 capsules per day (the recommended dosage), a large (240 ct.) bottle of these lasts for four months, which makes them a great value for the benefit they provide.

I have used t his produce for three months and have no idea if it helped me or not. I don't think it made me sick. It has no particular taste, and the capsules never disintegrated before being swallowed. They arrived on time, apparently as many as I ordered (though I did not count). I detected no odors. I had taken HMB in a study and thought it may have helped me - tough that is hard to judge. I don't know if these capsules contain HMBor not.

Buy these regular. They seem to help in function in combination with absorption of Amino Acid pills. As the capsules can be easily broken and put in drinks, making them easy to use. No smell.
