FolkArt Glow in the Dark Acrylic Paint (2 Ounce), Pink

The only way I can confidently recommend this to anyone is if they have a blacklight to go with it. I purchased a two foot LED blacklight strip and it illuminates the glow in the dark paint very well, and the charge stays for a good amount of time with it as well. Any other light source, and it kinda sucks.

We are LOVING incorporating glow colors to our paintings! This color shows up GREAT even in the light. Some glow colors completely disappear in the daylight, but this one stays very vibrant.

I dom't know what went wrong, but it didn't work the way it should.

This is a minimal glow product. It would work well with black light - but after it's been "charged" with light bulbs or sunlight - it barely illuminates. Super bummed - used 3 bottles for a big project before realizing this was a dud.

this is so vibrant green when in normal light, then when in the dark u can for instance transform a greenery to a winter scene by light!

I am using this paint to paint a large outside pot, thinking that if it glowed, it would look cool outside at night. It may be the plastic surface that I am painting, but the paint is not going on evenly and I am already questioning the project.

Glow: Where? What glow? Not even a tiny glimmer. It's the same as a neon coloured paint. Made me sad. :CConsistency/pigmentation : Light. Does not cover well.➼Good for use as a "glaze" or patchy cover effect. Works decent for many layers. Best for wet blend➼Bad for solid coverage.Finish : Very nice. It's not matte.➼Good medium-low satin➼less shiny then the folkart acrylic.Texture: Very nice, it has a pleasing "gritty" texture that doesn't make it matte.➼The texture makes it take layers well and creates a good "grip" for other paints➼Doesn't show brushstrokes in texture much, like the normal folkart acrylicValue:➼Not great, you can use a whole bottle to paint something because of the low coverage.But the texture is nice so ehhhh? I would enjoy the whole range with that texture but not enough colours available for it to matter.2/10
