Their product photos are MISLEADING. Look at my pictures for the real thing. You will notice:1) There is not even a 1mm space for the tie to "slide" in, and you it is very hard to pull back the clamp to let the tie slide in. The only way to get the tie in the clamp is to pull the tie cloth HARD through the clamp, which damaged the tie at the entry point.2) The texture of the silver is textured, not smooth. This is likely preference, but something to note. Did not fit the style I was looking for.3) There is NO box provided. That was an attractive selling point for me, but it just came in a small ziploc bag and small black manila-style envelope.I cannot recommend this product even at its cheap price point. The ONLY reason I gave this two stars instead of one is due to the fact that is USEABLE for this price point if you REALLY wanted to make it work. Otherwise, the poor quality and unexpected results have led me to go through the hassle of returning this product.

Man, this is so small and thin. Just less than a quarter inch wide and about an inch and a half long. Looks like it is about 1/3 size it should be - I guess it would look "right" on a stuffed toy wearing a tie or maybe someone under say 10 years old wearing a tie - did I mention it is small? I'm 6'4" Oh I got it! it looks like big as a pocket clip on an ink pen. Small. Might look cool on a ventriloquism dummy.

This is a subtly classy clip for skinny ties. You’ll really want to make sure your shirt’s button-down area and tie aren’t too thick, as this clip is designed to be a secure fit, ensuring your tie stays in place and ensuring the clip won’t get lost. I’m active in my job, and this clip complements the grays of my uniform, and it keeps my tie in place with nary a movement. Just keep in mind it’s a small (not long) clip by design, so make sure you read the measurements and know it’s for narrow ties. Good find, good price.

It isn’t at all functional. And the metal looks cheap. I get it at this price point you can’t expect much but they shouldn’t be wasting people’s time and even selling these.

Quite stylish but smaller than expected.

This thing looks like they cut a soda can up and bent it into a tie clip. Horrible, rough finish. Not worth a dollar.
