Legion Pulse Pre Workout Beta Alanine Alpha GPC, Caffeine Free, Fruit Punch

I use many Legion products; protein powders and bars, pre and post workout, etc and I knew their pre-workout with caffeine worked great because I use it, however my mother was in search of an effective stim-free pre-workout because she can't have caffeine due to health issues. I suggested she try this since Legion products perform well and are reliable without a bunch of unknown ingredients. She is 58 years old and says this works great for her. She's had a total knee replacement on one knee and a partial on the other knee and several prior surgeries on them before the replacements so endurance can be difficult for her at the gym. This gives her the energy to keep up with me for the most part! She's able to do an hour of cardio and some weights when taking the preworkout, and only at one scoop. Without it she can usually work out half as long. She says it does still give her that tingly pre-workout feel but that's not from stimulants, it's from beta alinine. This is great for people who are caffeine sensitive but still need that boost. My mom typically doesn't even like fruit punch flavored things and she said this has a good flavor. Another solid product from Legion Athletics.

BEST NON STIMULANT (caffeine free) PRE-WORKOUT ON THE MARKET. You get all the benefits of pre-workout without the jitters. This is my second bottle and I will continue rebuying. I am a licensed fitness trainer (over 15+ yrs) and this product is one of the top ones I recommend for my clients who want to get those beta-alanine prickles without feeling jittery, anxious and twitchy.

I've used Pulse before, but had always gotten the caffeinated version. I decided to try the caffeine-free version for evening workouts, and also decided to try a flavor I hadn't tried before (Fruit Punch). I've always been happy with Pulse and liked this caffeine-free version. I was able to use the full recommended dose (two scoops) rather than the half dose I typically use (the full dose is too much caffeine for me). Obviously, I didn't get all the "kick" from it that I normally get from the caffeinated version, but was quite happy with it and will definitely use it for evening workouts. I suspect it could work nicely getting the same flavor of caffeinated and caffeine-free and combining a scoop of caffeine-free with the caffeinated scoop I normally have in the morning to get up to the full dose for morning workouts. In case anyone is interested in the different flavors, Fruit Punch has a great fruit punch flavor (fruit punch isn't normally my favorite flavor for anything but this was quite good—if you like fruit punch generally, I think you'll really like it). My favorite flavor of Pulse so far is Watermelon, but I tend to like watermelon flavor for anything. Other flavors I've tried and enjoyed are Grape (tastes great and not like medicine as some grape flavored stuff can), Blue Raspberry (probably the most "mild" flavor I've tried, which definitely tastes good and would be a good option if you prefer mild flavor, but these preworkouts taste so good that I personally prefer strong to mild flavor), and Green Apple (sort of sour, but you'd expect that from a Green Apple flavor and I like it).

I'm new to Legion products and am impressed with the results I've been experiencing. I've been dropping inches of fat and gaining muscle. I take the Legion Pulse Fruit Punch flavor about 15-30 minutes before my workout. It's become my "ritual" now to take Pulse in water with Forge, Legion's pre-workout fat-burner. Psychological & Physical Edge: Taking Pulse and Forge prepare me for my workout. Once I take them, I KNOW I WILL work out in the next 15-30 minutes! That gives me a bit of a psychological edge, and the real edge I feel is the *tingle* (kind of like a mild niacin flush) and the added *oomph* of gentle energy I feel during my workout. I've been off caffeine for months, so I like that I can take a product that gives me an edge without taking caffeine. As a Certified Health Coach and nutritional supplement advocate for years, I am impressed by the science and research behind the Legion products. And it tastes GOOD! Over the years, I've taken a lot of nutritional products and concoctions that tasted horrible. It is so nice to take a product that does what it says, energizes me, gives me the edge & results I want while going for my goals -- and tastes good, too! It's a blessing! :-)

I did feel some itching like others said, I felt a small boost in energy, nothing special - guess that's what you get with a non caffeine/stim product. Decent taste, low results. ** Edit ** the company was very proactive and reached out, good customer service. bumping to a 4 for responsiveness.

So, I have never used a preworkout before. I always thought they had caffeine in them and I was kind of scared to use them due to the effects (jitters, crashes, etc). I had no idea non stim existed. I am also a beginner when it comes to working out and dont do anything crazy. I kickstarted my weightloss journey once again but I needed something that would push me to workout and maybe give some motivation. I tried this twice now (both 2 scoops each time), and I must say this has impressed me. I was lifting heavier, working out longer, DRENCHED in sweat. I did something I thought I could never do (i just bought it), and that was doing 1k steps on my mini stepper, consecutively. Thats no easy feat for beginners. When I was doing a shoulder press, I tried a heavier weight I knew I couldnt do before, and I was shocked when I was able to get full motion on the heavier weight. Also weights thats I already mastered were feeling like nothing. I also wasnt as sore as I would usually be. Overall this worked for me (i am a petite female). I used this at night but due to adrenaline I couldnt fall asleep at my usual time.

This product is like consuming pure niacin, burning and stinging sensation that lasts approx 45 minutes. it is a painful experience. no refunds available on this item, on top of that it does not help your workout, truly a waste of money.

I started using Legion's Pulse pre-workout a couple of years ago. After trying out several other products from competing brands and comparing Pulse to those, I determined that this was going to be my pre-workout of choice. This was the first product that gave me consistent positive results. It allows me to perform at my peak, even during my toughest workouts (self torture), and keeps me going for extended periods of time. For the past few months, I've been using the caffeine-free version and even that has proven to be just as effective, which is great because it has made me realize that I don't need nearly the amount of caffeine I was consuming daily to survive my day-to-day grind. I intend to continue using Pulse for the foreseeable future, unless someone can show me another all-natural alternative that is just as effective or better. If you are in the market for pre-workout, regardless of experience, I highly recommend giving Legion Pulse a chance. You can feel good knowing there are no useless additives compared to many other brands and the range of flavors is also a plus.

Great products. Tastes good and I can definitely lift more when I use it.

Great pre-workout without the caffeine or jitters. Tastes good and gives me a solid boost for training. Definitely recommend!

A very good alternative to Caffeinated Products that sometimes make your heart overreactive. I prefer to have an espresso 30 mins before taking this product and it works great for pumps and energy metabolism for my workouts.

love it flavor and pump is really good.

Very good pre workout with no crash. A little too sweet for me though
