There's nothing "special" about this tool, except it is made to last. The little priced difference for this vs. knockoffs is worth it.

Pro tool.
I get a new pin removal tool whenever I buy a new watch band. So I have a dozen cheap variations. Despite that, I would rather use a pro tool when I buy more expensive, handmade, bespoke bands for my favorite watches.
