Was pleasantly surprised by the strong apple aroma from this brand of ACV, the flavor makes it much easier to take diluted with a cup of water after dinner, I normally go for bragg or lucys but I will definitely add this to my list of cider vinegars when I catch it on discount!

Just 1 table spoon in a glass of water once a day! I've lost 30 pounds so far! Taste not as bad as the cheap stuff. Also great in recipes!
