USA PanBakeware Nonstick Half Sheet Pan and Silicone Mat Set, 1 EA

I used to use stones to make cookies but I’m moving away from them because they’re too heavy for my daughter to use and can only do a few things (pizza/cookies). I also want to stay away from supporting MLM schemes that prey on their “distributors”. Additionally, we have a copper three pan set that warp in the oven with each use and was looking for something more all around to replace both things. I purchased this after looking for a silicone baking mat and found this combo set. The pan feels sturdy and is great quality. Has a non-stick film which you can feel and the baking mat is excellent. Made cookies for the first time with it today, just the store bought M&D kind and they came out perfect. 350 for 10 mins which is less time than my stoneware and they were fully cooked on bottom with a nice crisp and nice and soft in the middle and top. All around perfect bake the very first time. Very excited to continue to sue this as our new replacement for sheet pan bakes and everything else!

I have several USA Pans and am so impressed with the weight and sturdiness. I highly recommend USA Pans!This order included a Silicone mat which is something I have never had previously. I used it first with my Christmas cookie baking. The baking results were great and the cookies came off the mat with greatest of ease. I do find that the Mat's surface seems a little sticky and greasy after washing so I am struggling with the proper way to resolve that.

I have 2 of this size sheet pan and the next size up. THEY ARE THE BEST!!! Heavy, great quality construction! They have a non-stick surface that makes for easy clean-up and even baking. The silicone mats come in handy for clean-up and even baking! Great product - would definitely make a great gift for anyone - even yourself!

Pan seems to retain more heat than another half sheet pan and silicone I purchased. When baking cookies, cookies on this set seemed to cook much more quickly and I probably needed to take them out sooner instead of using a set timer. On my other pan, which is possibly thinner (it feels lighter than this pan, but not as light as a cookie sheet), I had cookies cooking at a consistent time. I would purchase this again based on how sturdy it is overall, knowing that I need to adjust my cooking times.

Bought this pan, Loved this pan ... bought several of these pans due to the great price... UG. Used it several times... about the 4th time or so, the stains would not come off... About the 6th time using, the coating starting coming off and the food (not burnt) would not come off at all. Had to soak several times, and use a washcloth to scrub into each crevice.... So disappointed... Pan is pretty unusable at this point w/o the silicone mat, which defeats the non-stick coating.

First time buying this brand. We like it. Nice that it comes with silicon tray. We don't heat past 450F. Never wash it in dish washer - always wash by hand. Super sturdy and heavy feeling. Price is great and so is quality. Will buy this brand again. One of the few brands that have the extra big 1/2 sheet pans too.

This will be a short review, because the product is simple. I received the order a few days ago and upon opening the box and removing the sheet pans from the box, I knew they were very high-quality. They have a good weight but are not too heavy. Their finish is very smooth. I roasted a few sweet potatos, and afterwards, the pan and silicone protection sheets cleaned up using only warm water and a small amount of dish soap (no scrubbing). In short, the pans and liners are everything I could ask for with this purchase. I give them my highest marks.

I ordered these pans in two different sizes and love them so far. They are very heavy weight and I don't think they will warp like some other pans do. Best part is they are made in the USA. So far cleaning has been easy.
