Great Well system for the price
A pretty complete filter system for a country water well. Might be a little over kill for the city. I am on well so added a pre filter also. My family noticed the water difference immediately and its been over a month now with great results. Only other item on my system for filtering is a Kenmore water softener/filter. It took a bit of planning, but I have had zero problems with leaks after initial fixes. It does take some Teflon tape on the fittings or a little drip will happen. I made sure no drips. Just make sure you use the three complete wraps of tape on all the fittings. Also make sure you use copper pipes out of the UV as Pex and CPVC are sensitive to UV light and will break down fairly quickly. This means also no fittings that are push on with the plastic/Teflon type inserts as they will breakdown too. Pics are of system in operation in my garage. I am adding foam pipe insulation to all pipes also. To keep unwanted UV light from the PEX and CPVC pipes and to copper to help eliminate sweating and any corrosion.

Great Customer Support, Product needed some Tweaking and creativity.
I purchased this system and have taken my time to install it. The first time one Glass sleeve and one UV Lamp came cracked right out of the cardboard tubes. Customer Support was really nice and they sent a replacement.Instructions for the UV lamp and one key O-Ring did not come in the package . But they shipped that as well later.I bought a replacement kit to keep in stock. I live overseas and I cannot get the exact sizes locally so I better have an extra set. Got one the lamps cracked again. They were excellent and replaced it right away the second time. Very kind and responsible. The product design needed several tweaks1) The metal frame hat 2 posts on the front which made it almost impossible to use the included plastic wrench. See attached photo. The tool would hit the post with less than 1/4 of a turn. It was very hard to unscrew the filters. So I took the unit down and removed the posts, and addesd a triangular bracket on each side. Now the front is completely obstacle free and the plastic wrench can move freely making filter tightening and untightening much easier!2) I was told water flow could only go on one direction LEFT to Right, but my setup would be much cleaner if it went the other way around. I simply changed the pressure gauge hoses position and inverted the water flow direction of the setup. I also moved the brass fitting from one side to the other. It works fine. Filter order starts in RIGHT -20 micron to 5 micron to 1 micron - LEFT3) UV lamp housing was installed vertically and screwed to the wall. There is a drain valve which is supposed to go on the bottom of the unit (must be installed in the lower part of the setup) and its used if you ever want to empty the housing . The Housing has welded brackets that I screw to the wall and the drain valve points straight to the wall too. I think it would work better pointing away from the wall otherwise you need to collect the water with a small hose from the back .Even though there have been several tweaks and twerks in order to get this setup working, I think its been worth it. I would give this product a 3.5 Star because in my case it was not easy to mount right out of the box (because of my setup) - but customer service was really nice and the company was responsible to replace damaged articles and provided manuals and support nicely. I value that when buying a product so Im giving them that extra 1,5 stars for that. Will write to them to suggest mods though. I hope the pictures can help others if they consider them useful!I would buy again just because of the company's customer oriented attention.

Short life span, lousy customer service, better to find a different company.
I purchased this system in January of 2024. Within 6 months, one of the ballasts (power units) shut down with a fault. I was able to reset it and it lasted a few months before shutting down again. It finally gave up the ghost and won't function, so I contacted customer service for help. The representative tried to make me believe it was my fault for not having it on a surge protector, but the unit is on a surge protected circuit. He also said that it is out of warranty by two months (even though I reported that it was malfunctioning within 6 months of installation) and I would have to buy a replacement ballast. As far as I can tell, they don't sell this particular ballast, so I will have to order an entire new unit, or just scrap the crap and be done with it.Technically they are within their rights to be rigid with their customer service policy, but I am also within my rights to warn other consumers about the poor quality and bad customer service.Caveat Emptor

Happy Customer DYIer
The good: pressure gauges and now my water is clean. Final result a good product. The bad: Instructions for UV light confusing. My water filter stand was slightly bent on arrival. The design of the water filter stand has two poles on the front which makes it harder to align the center filter. The instructions say only use teflon tape which I did and I really had to crank down the bolts after install to stop a few drips. If I had use pipe dope it would have been easier. The UV tube needs to stick out on the end then put on the O ring and tighten tight. The open side of the tube should have the O ring 1/2" from the top and crank the cap tight tight. If you do not do this it will leak everywhere. It is in the instructions!Summary: It is a good deal for the money and I am happy. I will test the water in a few weeks.I have a whole house 25 micron sediment filter then water softener first before this system starts. If your handy you can do it, if not pay a plumber.

Ballast are poor design only last 3 to 4 months.
If you are thinking about buying this system. Don't. The ballast are a poor design and need to be replaced every three to four months. At $59 each do the math. At first I thought it was a great system but I found out it is way too expensive to maintain.
