Great, responsive customer service.
I bought humidity controllers with 4 humidity sensors, naturally. All 4 sensors were faulty for whatever reason. I'm guessing manufacturer defect. I contacted the company and sent them a video clip of all the sensors malfunctioning, as they requested. They asked no more questions after that. They promptly sent me 4 new replacement sensors. That's what i call great customer service.

Product will not be supported!
Product did what I bought it for about 7 months. Then it stopped working and now I’m on my 4th email chain as my crop dies in my tent. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Growers do not waste your time and effort to have it ruined by product that fails and is not supported.
