Works well for me and no side effects. I use Water Away to help with fluid retention in my inner ears. My disequilibrium goes away after taking 2 a day (1 in morning, 1 at night) for a couple of days. You have to be sure to drink lots of water when taking it, and avoid high sugars and high sodium foods if taking it to relieve fluid retention or dizziness/imbalance issues.

It not only helps rid my body of excess fliud, it helps me lose weight, 20 lbs. Since November of 2025. The weight loss is achieved by the addition of asparagus capsules.

Didn't work for me.

Do not buy these. I bought these because I have problems with water retention on cruises swelling my ankles and legs. Sure enough on night two my ankles began to swell. I whip out this bottle of pills and just take one before bed. It only took a couple hours for the pain to start. Horrible stomach pain. It wasn't long after that that I found myself face first in a cruise ship toilet evacuating the contents of my stomach and quite possibly my soul. Not once, not twice but three times at least... I think. It was so bad I couldn't even keep down Pepto-Bismol that I took after my first episode of evacuation to try to calm my stomach. It was that bad. Then there was also the gas... painful gas. It took everything a couple hours to work itself out so I could even go to sleep. I woke up this morning feeling drained and questioning my life choices. I threw the bottle in the trash. While the ankles aren't swollen and I was peeing like a race horse when I wasn't vomiting and contemplating Davy Jones' locker as preferable to the pain I was going through, it just isn't worth it. Try something else, anything else, just not these pills.

Because Water Away contains natural ingredients it will take time to see results. It is NOT a ""Big Pharma"" product that often contain chemical ingredients that create harmful side effects to your body. ALL GOOD THINGS TAKE TIME!

I use this supplement to decrease fluid levels in my system. Take it daily in the morning.

Good , safe ingredients but didn't work for me, even after doubling the doe.

Did not help at all. Made my stomach really upset. Used other types of diuretics and never had this problem
