way to go if you have deeep pockets
Bought this to replace my waring commercial unit. No comparison, like night and day. The Robot Coupe with it's one HP motor easily destroys the 3/4 HP motor in the waring. It should at about twice the price, but hey I'm worth it. This thing is soooo quiet when running, the dogs (6) don't even realize I am making their dinners. The noise from the waring set them to barking, jumping and running around in circles, screaming Yea it's dinner time. Best kitchen tool I have bought in a while

I have had mine since 1984!
I broke out laughing when I saw Amazon had this. I was given one of these by my parents in 1984! I think they paid $500! Buy it! I used it daily when my children were home, now just when I have company! It is worth EVERY PENNY! Good luck Nick

the r2 is the best commercial food grade processor on the market. I had my last one 20 years and gave it up when i sold my place. Just bought this and love it. Buying the stainless bowl next
