I have quite a few silver/white strands in my hair which I don't mind, but with the red hue of my auburn hair, it looks washed out. This product eliminates the red tones and makes my hair look great. Better than any salon treatment I've found.

It tones but WILL leave your hair blue if it stays on too long. Hair is soft, manageable and feels amazing. Had to wash several times to minimize the blue.

Did nothing to my hair. Complete waste of time and money.

I got the tone down your brown/ashy shade and after leaving it in my hair for 30 minutes it had some real lasting power, about a month. Note: this shade had blue undertones, so if you’re like me and have a platinum grow out on natural brown hair, the platinum will go blue, but it’ll look great on the brown. Ultimately I recommend this product but know your colors!

I’m obsessed with this. I stopped getting my hair done due to financial issues but this takes the brass right out of my hair! I treat mine once a week. I have medium length hair and I get about 3-4 treatments out one package. It is moisturizing, doesn’t stain your hands, and it’s super affordable!

Never had tried a product like this for my hair before. I separated my two blonde strands when applying product to the rest of my brown hair . Waited 20 minutes then rinsed out. When I got out it turned my blonde strands blue ish/ grey so that was the only downfall of the product. Rinse completely separate!

I used a different brand to color my auburn brown hair and it came out orange and brassy with hot bright orange roots! I put this mask on for 10 minutes and it toned it down to a perfect medium brown with auburn highlights, which is what I want. I can’t speak for everyone’s needs, but for my purposes, it worked exactly as intended so I would recommend it.

Everyone I’ve spoken to recommended just going to see my stylist for a quick toner… I ignored them and tried this anyway. It wasn’t horrible, it definitely cooled my hair down but instead of brunette highlights my highlights turned blue. I have darker hair already so it wasn’t noticeable to anyone but myself since my highlights are very blended buuut none the less I recommend going to a stylist to get a professional toner instead

I was surprised at how dry this toning mask made my hair. I needed a separate conditioner to smooth and detangle. This alone left my hair a knotted mess. Also not as good at toning down warm tones as other purple treatments. Just meh. Not worth the cost, for me anyway. Moving on to another brand.

I’ve tried loads of different masks/shampoos and toning products but this one actually works! It’s really cooled down the warm tones in my hair leaving it a lovely deep neutral brown. It’s also left it super soft and shiny. I will absolutely be buying this again.

I have brown hair which is super sensitive to the sun and has strong red undertones, which means it goes very brassy which I hate! Often a trip to the hairdresser leaves my hair colour warmer than I would like unless dyed with ash. For me, this product has been a godsend and I no longer get my hair dyed at the hairdresser, it's pricey but worth every penny! I think it's best suited to people with naturally warm brown/Auburn hair colours.

This toner is amazing. Letting my grey come through on black hair but didn't want an obvious black and white look. This add depth, whilst blending. Washes out within couple washes so can work out expensive.

Left my hair in a nice condition and neutralised it well. Expensive but good
