Rich with imagination, Ukrainian Folk Tales is a collection of folk stories that every child must read growing up. Vivid word pictures transport you back to the lands of tsars and dragons and magic. The average story size is about 500 words. The book is illustrated, which is a big plus for any children's book. I bought this copy used and though it was slightly pricey, the quality of the book is really good. Hence, it's a small price to pay for being transported back to those elusive, carefree childhood days.
