it was delivered with an open package and probably the delivery guy took the mouthpiece and only left the cleaner spray...i tried to claim it with amazon but i was never refunded...poor poor poor product and customer service stay awayi then purchased a second one and this doesn't work at all...hurts and i still snore like a hog and i am not overweight by any means...i found another product that does the trick but since this is NOT a fake review i will not mention the name of the product that i use currently....i am just bummed out overall by this purchasing nightmare

I was skeptical about this working, but I have been using for a couple months and I am 100% happy with how it has helped me. I had to start sleeping in another room because I was keeping my girlfriend up with my snoring. I am back in the same bed and she is happy now. I didn’t believe it would work, so I installed a snore app on my phone called SnoreLab and it has proven that I don’t snore.It took me a little bit to get used to sleeping with it in my mouth…but it has been well worth it.

Not very comfortable. Lowers your snoring a bit, but doesn't stop it completely.

There is no place for your teeth to grip onto and when you fall asleep, your jaw still falls back and, yeah, your snoring...It's a waist of money!FYI: There is no refund on this item, so buyer beware!

It's kinda uncomfortable, leaves my teefs feeling a little off every morning. However, it has completely stopped my snoring and stopped my obstructive sleep apnea. I was extremely extremely skeptical. But 4 days in and I'm very pleased. Sleeping much better and so is my wife.

My snoring keeps my poor wife awake and when I looked into this product I was hopeful that it could help. The first 3 weeks were amazing and my wife could finally get a full nights rest, BUT after that it stopped being as effective. It seems to have lost its ability to keep my mouth open, it’s like it’s wore out and for the cost I feel as if it should have worked longer than 3 weeks. Did buy another thinking that the first one was defective but same issue with the second one. The tension just gets weak after a few weeks really effecting it’s ability to stop me from snoring. Guess a $50ish dollar solution was too good to be true. May be that I grind my teeth which put a great deal of stress thus reducing its effectiveness, so may work better for others? Won’t buy another and keep sleeping in the couch. Also when I first used starting using this it really caused a lot of pain (teeth) and my jaw was very sore but after a few weeks I seem to adjust and the pain subsided. This is stated on the directions but it caused quite a bit if discomfort had trouble eating the first couple of days.

I purchased this and have regretted it after first use. I have attempted to use it a couple times since, no luck. This is the most uncomfortable mouth guard/piece I have used. The plastic has rough edges (not smooth) and cuts into my gums. If I could return it I would. Definitely NOT worth $50.
