This product is very effective for me. One tablet seems to keep my mood positive for a week or so. I do not have clinical depression so keep that in mind when reading this recommendation.

I just wish it was in a different form. I worry the hard pills don't fully digest. I love the vitamin and it's the highest mg's I have found.

I don't typically leave reviews here on Amazon, but I just thought I'd chime in and mention that this particular blend of St. John's Wort is great! I love that I get an entire day's dose in one single serving, but more than that, this is the *only* St. John's Wort supplement I've taken that really does seem to help with my personal anxiety issues. While it's not going to be the "cure-all" everyone thinks supplements can be, it definitely has taken the "edge" off of my anxiety, which has allowed me to feel closer to normal than I have felt these past few months!

I have found St. John's Wort products to be very variable in effectiveness. I've used this one on and off for years, and I've found it to be by far the most effective. Interestingly, I haven't had good results with Solaray's three-times-a-day product. This product works well and really helps. I suspect it's because of the sustained release, but then I'm not a chemist.

I take st John's Wort every so often if Im experiencing small bouts of depression and anxiety. I do take it in combination with other supplements but it really does calm my mind and help lift my spirits when I include this in my vitamins and supplements.

I've been taking St. John's Wort for years to deal with my anxiety and depression, especially in the winter. When they removed Kira from the market I tried to switch to Perika but it just didn't work as well. I was interested to see that there was a brand that I could take only once per day. Unfortunately after about 3 weeks on this brand, I began to become irritable with the family, had trouble sleeping (even though I was taking it in the morning) and had vivid dreams all night long. I think there's a reason that most of the St. John's word comes in 300 mg capsules, it should be taken 2-3 times a day not all at once...

I honestly expected the effects to be more pronounced going by all the reviews. Still, after a few days I could sense an overall elevation in mood, albeit very mild, which was nice. It is nothing miraculous, but it may impact some more than others. I myself probably won't buy another bottle (currently on my second one), but I might still recommend this to someone just to try it and see if it helps.

St. John's Wort. Its just one supplement and it works as it supposed too. No problems or side effects.. Take one tablet a day and help keep your worries away.
