12 hour shifts in safety boots!
Oh I wish I’d bought these sooner! My feet are still tired at the end of shift but no longer painful. Would definitely recommend and shall be buying again!

Best insoles around
Since breaking my ankle in 3 places I've struggled to find insoles that are comfortable and reduce impact on my injury. These are the best by far- though they are very thick and will mainly fit inside boots and trainers. I would advise you to size down also. They are also brilliant if you suffer from plantar fasciitis.
