I have long hair. I love this clip, because I use it to make a chignon-like or French twist-like hairstyle. After placing the clip in my hair I then wrap the loose hair around the fishclip top, smooth hair over side of clip, and secure with pins. I have different types of this clip. This one is narrow and long for a nice full look. An easy to use and easy to remove hair holder. Soft rubberbands can get tangled and pull hair. This product doesn't do damage. It is sturdy and keeps hair secure. A good clip.

I have medium long hair (to middle of shoulder blades) but is very fine. I usually buy small clamps because they hold fine hair better. These did the trick!! The others I bought are worthless but these are AWESOME & hold my hair away from neck in this Florida heat! So glad to find these!

I ordered the medium clips and when they came I thought they would for sure be too small to work in my hair. I have long hair and a lot of it, but it is thin and usually clips like these fall right out. It was a challenge to get this clipped around all of my hair, but once clipped, this thing is awesome! It held my hair back securely all day long. I never once felt like my hair was falling down. Because it’s such a secure fit I would not recommend wearing these every single day as I would be afraid it would lead to breakage. You bet I will be wearing these weekly though!

I was searching for a strong holding banana clip as my hair is very long and thick. I have always loved the way this style clip allows my hair to cascade down my back and provide a dressy ponytail look. I recently added long extensions and this clip was perfect to capture oll of my hair, keep it secure off my neck, and look elegant at the same time. I would recommend this clip to anyone wanting that perfect glamorous ponytail.

Bought the translucent ones in medium. Very cute and ornamental. I have a longish bob that I either flip up or under. But, when it's hot in the summer like to pull it up off my neck. Also have fine/thin hair. These seems to hold pretty well. Wish the plastic material was more bendable/flexible, though.

I bought these to replace the banana clips I have. If you want to wear them down towards the bottom of your head and don’t have very thick hair I think the medium will work. I wanted to use them further up my head because my hair isn’t that long. I can barely close them. If you have thin hair I think medium will be fine. I should have bought the large and may buy in the future. That being said I feel it takes two hands to latch them. If you have arthritis I suggest you forget them. They do hold well once you have them on and they are solid. I like how they look but I would love to get clear ones. I think for now I prefer the very flexible Banana clips from the pharmacy. That being said these are well made

These are a good idea, but if you have fine hair like myself, then they are not much good as they do not hold your hair in

I'm really pleased with these pony tail holders. Easy to apply and hold hair perfectly for hours. I use mine morning 'till night because it's so comfy. No pulling hair, just perfect.

Absolutely not for any sorta thick hair. Both broke as soon as I tried using them. A complete waste !!!
