Very comfortable
It is a little heavy but it is to be expected for a heavy weight capacity chair. Excellent purchase. Well worth the price.

Perfect!
I bought four of these folding chairs and am very happy with them. They are easy to fold open and close. I find them sturdy for sitting. The beige color is neutral which goes with my other outdoor furniture perfectly.

Strong, comfortable, a little heavy
This is a good, strong patio/outdoor chair if you're not using to too far from the house or car, otherwise it would be a bit heavy to lug around too far (I would bring something lighter for any hike of more than a few minutes). I use it almost everyday and have no trouble taking it outside and bringing it in each day (I don't leave it outside when I am not using it as I live in Florida, and I'm afraid it would rust up from constant exposure to the excessive humidity here). It's big enough to accommodate larger people (it's bigger than I need at 5'-10" 175#), or two smaller people... ooops... (it really will hold more than 300#). The Caravan Sports Suspension Folding Chair is more comfortable than other similar outdoor chairs/stools that I have tried.I was worried that it was going to be a little too like the cheap "beach" chairs that it resembles, but I am honestly impressed with how strong and comfortable it is. The steel frame is heavy (but manageable) and strong, the fabric is thick and tough, and the bungee cords support the seat and back very well. So far the folding has been smooth and after 3 months I see no rusting, tears, or chipped paint.

GREAT CHAIR but..
I was looking for a sturdy lawn chair that has good support and this exceeded my expectations. VERY happy with the chair. But.... the front legs of one of the two chairs we bought were attached backwards. This leaves the chair a bit unstable as the bottoms are not completely flush with the ground. We would be happy to fix this ourselves except the legs are permanently riveted to the chair. Unfortunately we did not discover this until way past the return window and there is now no way to even contact the seller. Bummer. Great chair to order. Check it closely when you receive it.

Good folding chair for the money...
Overall, good folding chair for the money. We have had a set of these chairs outside on our covered porch for about 4 years and they have held up pretty well. They're starting to look a little worn and the cord that holds the seat on one of the chairs has started to unravel, but we've gotten a lot of use of out them and they are still functional. I find these chairs to be comfortable and also think that they look nice. I would recommend them and actually just ordered a few more for additional outdoor seating. Although the description says they're rated for 300 lbs, I think that might be pushing the envelope. One of our friends who is probably close to 250 lbs sat in one while visiting and it didn't look comfortable... for them or the chair...Bottom line, these are good comfortable folding chairs that will last for several years and are as good, or better, than anything else I've come across in this price range.

Its Almost Great
This chair has one annoying flaw. If you like to sit with your legs wide apart occasionally...The metal tubing that runs along side of your butt extends out a couple inches beyond the fabric. This becomes very annoying for extended sit down times, because those tubes push into the underside of ones legs, so that sitting with open legs is simply to uncomfortable to maintain for more than a minute or so....Bummer.

Design Allow me to cut the legs shorter - I'm 4' 10"
NOW MY FEET CAN TOUCH THE GROUND!!It should work on the beach fine since the crossmembers are solid.

Sturdy Chair
So glad I got this chair and will get another as well. Its sturdy and supports the back and the hips and can apparently take the weight of someone up to 300 lbs. That being said, for those with difficulty getting in and out of chairs it is sturdy enough to support your weight. I definitely would recommend for anyone with back and hip issues. As far as taking it camping - it's a little heavy to walk with so I would you suggest you get someone with brawn to do the heavy lifting for you. :-)

Toxic chair
This chair is very nice, sturdy, comfortable. However, the tag attached states it is know in California (Proposition 65) as having chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects and procreation problems.! Wow! was that in the fine print of the description. What does that mean for me in reality using it as a everyday patio chair?

These chairs (I bought two) are so great! I never write reviews
These chairs (I bought two) are so great! I never write reviews, but I'm inspired. They are strong with give, they look really nice and the best part is, - you know that bar that runs under the seat? Well in many chairs that is directly under the fabric and tends to dig into your thighs when you're sitting, in these chairs the bar is well below, so no pressure on your legs. Really like these, highly recommend.

Comfort Outdoors
The most comfortable folding chair I have ever sat in. I am of short stature and with this chair, my feet touch the ground without having a metal bar cutting the circulation in the back of my legs! It is very sturdy and easy to carry around!
