If the plugs are standard it should work just fine. I would would check with the store where you bought the chair. If the cord to the power supply is correct it will work.

Doesn't hold any charge at all? Will not operate the recliner at all? I had a similar issue. I waited until the battery was depleted and disconnected it from the chair. I charged the battery on its own until the light was solid green ( fully charged ) and I kept charging it for another 4 hours. If you never get a green light, I recommend getting a new one.

Yes. Red goes to flashing green when charging. Solid green when charged. Works great.
