Good material
Intention was to use in as part of an oven tray for product qualification. Confirmed it is stainless steel and it works as intended, especially in a temperature-humidity oven. Only biff is that the label/sticker was glued to the top of the tray ---- when it doesn't peel off easily, had to use Goo-Gone or IPA to scrub and remove residue.

Performance
Works as expected. Food was evenly cooked. Stained as expected after using cooking spray. Gave 4 stars as there is slight warping.

Sticker stuck!
Great product but they put the label/sticker right in the middle of the grill surface and it’s impossible to get off.

Does the job But label difficult to remove and impossible to clean.
I would have given this another star but the idiot in the company that decided to glue on a large advertising label right in the middle of the grill should be fired!. It took me over five minutes to remove the label. See pics. Other than that the grilling pan seems to be able to be useful on the grill. It should be noted that this is a lower quality stainless steel due to its lower nickel content. It can be tested with a magnet - if the magnet sticks the stainless has less nickel, if it doesn't it has more nickel which is better. The magnet sticks on this grill pan! Normally food quality stainless requires the higher quality stainless steel. After using this for a few weeks I am lowering my rating to just ONE star because this is impossible to keep clean. I have oiled it before using and tried to clean it after eash use but it never comes clean. I even used a scouring pad and still has residue on it. I bought ti to use as a extra in addition to my porcelain coated one. The porcelain one has gone through two grills and is still easy to clean after using. I am totally dissatisfied with this unit and I would not recommend it.

Great for grilling vegetables and fish on the BBQ. This is a big one, make sure you have room for it!

Not ready for use.
The backside had burr edges which I ground down with a flap sanding disk. The flat grilling area was not flat enough!
