RIVERS WEST MEN'S KOKANEE BIB It is the first waterproof/breathable fabric system to use seam-sealing technology in genuine fleece. Fleece is knit in a vertical pattern which provides excellent lateral stretch. Fleece uses a finer yarn in the weft-knit process. This requires a thinner needle and a higher gauge for fabric production which results in unparalleled fabric hand and greatly reduces fabric noise. After the knitting process, the factory 'brushes' the fleece in order to make it as soft and quiet as possible. Rivers West will not advertise 'as soft as fleece' or 'as quiet as fleece' because its the only brand that uses genuine fleece in a waterproof/breathable garment. These are good!
My husband bought these to wear while fishing in the Fall & Spring and so far he really likes them. They fit well, without the "tent" look, like so many bibs. He has only worn them a few times so far but said they worked well in keeping out wind and cold. But... he did say they probably wouldn't be warm enough if it were very cold because they aren't really insulated. They do have a warm layer on the inside but not enough thickness for really cold. He has worn them out fishing on a lake when the temps were in the 40's & 50's and they were fine. I guess the only thing he has complained a little about is that they make noise when he is moving around but not real bad. The material is kind of like Carhartt material and anyone who has had those, know what I mean. But they are not as stiff as Carhartt. Overall, he is very happy with these bibs.

Not lightweight but really well built. More like very lightly insulated
These are nice well built bibs, they are more like a lightweight insulated bib however and not a lightweight bib I would see using these anytime the weather was 20 degrees or above up to about 60 so if you are looking for something like that I would give it 5 stars but for lightweight spring or summer gear these will be too warm. That being said I am planning to keep them and use them in appropriate situations.

Better Than Expected
I just came back from a 2 day salmon trip on Pere Marquette. Morning temps were 39 and 32. I wore blue jeans, a tee shirt, sweat shirt and my Kokanee coveralls and jacket. I was never cold. Have no reason to think they won't be waterproof. Both pieces are well made. Once afternoon temps hit upper 50s, I was ready to peel off both pieces and fish in my sweatshirt and jeans. Thrilled with my purchase.

Picture says a thousand words
I used these on a trip to Canada in June 2018 and they were fantastic. I fished in temps ranging from 45-75 F. The bibs also add some additional warmth to your chest area and they block the wind well. Also had some intermittent rains and had no problems. They are sturdy. I would suggest long thermals if staying in the 40s all day. I also liked the fact you could turn the bibs down if you experience warmer afternoons. I will be buying a pair for my son next year when we return. Great Value.

Great Buy!
I bought these for a quick fishing trip to Texas when expecting rain. They were very comfortable, not binding, light weight and seam to be very durable. My husband has ordered me the matching Jacket. I highly recommend these bibs.

He wont take them off and carries gun because it fits.
He didn't take them off for almost a week! I got them for my boyfriend and he loves them. I got a large since he's a 34x30 and 190. They are slightly long but he's used to that. They even fit me, 5'9 145lb female, so I was secretly hoping they didn't fit him so I could keep them. Needless to say I'm buying my self a pair soon. They kept him warm on the water and he didn't get hot like normal. He was also super excited that he could fit his hand gun in the pocket. He proceeded to walk around with it in there "just because it fit". The gun fit in all of the pockets actually. He also enjoyed the chest pockets for his hands... gun.

Exactly what my Husband wanted!!
I ordered theses for my husband as part of his Christmas gift this past year. They are EXACTLY what he was looking for. They are roomy enough to wear clothes under them, but they are not just huge or bulky. They seem to be very well made with high quality materials, but they were not too expensive in comparison to other brands. I will definitely order these again if I ever need more.

The real deal
blown away. i received both the bibs and jacket and was amazed by the quality and features (HELLO ARM WARMER POUCHES!). the bibs were too big so i returned for a small. i have owned huk bibs and simms bins (challenger). these are way nicer with way more features. i will say that the hardware can you use some upgrading (think smaller andsleaker) but it’s not enough to outshine everything else. i can not wait to get these in the water.
