A useful tool
I'm glad I buy this tool! It'll little heavy, especially when operated with one hand, but work excelent with my 4Ah battery. Just one "-": doesn't have indicator for battery status.

Good for occasional jobs
I bought this as I have a number of the other stanley fatmax tools which use the same batteries (the fmc 18v ones, NOT the new v20 ones) so it was convenient for having in my van. Had a couple of uses now for grinding surface rust on cars during windscreen replacements. Firstly this grinder EATS batteries. Wouldn't even attempt to use a 2ah with how much power it uses, 4ah only and at that i reckon you'd be lucky to get half an hours continual use - but for the jobs i've needed it is more than enough. Disc change is very easy with the release/tightening tool stored in the black handle. Weight balance is pretty poor. I've used milwaukee and makita grinders and this is off compared to them but for the price difference, again, this is kind of expected. It's not bad for the price, just obviously not your high end level grinder either, I imagine the new v20 one will be far better but I don't personally have the need for a better one yet.

Impressed with power.
Used with a 4 amp battery, bit bulky, plenty of power, there is no dial to adjust the speed.

power is very slow. i dont think have 8000 rotation per minutes.

Der Winkelschleifer ist nicht all zu schwer, mit 4Ah Akku ist sind 20 bis 30 Minuten schleifen und polieren machbar. Meist setze ich ihn aber für "mal eben das Ding abflexen" ein. Ich finde das Produkt super, preislich zur Konkurrenz eher in günstigen Bereich. Würde ihn wieder kaufen

Très bien, pas aussi puissante qu'un filaire évidemment, mais largement suffisant en plus des avantages du sans fil, pas de gêne du fil, sécurisant, usure des disques de coupe moins importante (à mon avis)
