Easy to use, just as described!

The clay is very pliable and easy to work with--leaving behind a smooth, even finish. I've heard that it's easy to ruin the paint on your car if you're not careful. However, Pinnacle's clay bar isn't heavy-duty enough to mess it up as long as you apply liberal amounts of lubricant. Doing this for the first time myself, I found it easy and pretty straight forward.Only one real complaint: the bottle of lube is only good for one application. I used 3/4 or more. Would rather have the option to buy 2 bottles instead of 2 clay bars. The bar will last for a least 2 applications. It's entirely possible that I used too much... but it's better to err on the side of too much than too little lubricant.As for Palm Beach Motoring Accessories (the company who fulfilled the order): stand-up job. They got me the kit before the time expected, which made me very happy. They're easy to work with. I'll be sure to use them again.

I had never used a clay bar before but was told by many detailers that it would be the single best thing I could use to clean my car's black paint. Not gonna lie, this thing is a bear to use. After putting in some serious elbow grease, however, you'll see where that hard work goes. Right away I could see the difference it made on a fresh washed car. The paint looked brand new and it got off all the residual water spots and crud that washing could never remove. It is the single best product I have ever used to clean my car and well worth the effort to use. Don't be afraid to use as much lubrication as possible for the best result.

I'd never used clay on a vehicle before purchasing Pinnacle Ultra Clay Special, so my expectations were unsure at best. I have a 2008 4runner and remember how smooth the paint was when I purchased the vehicle three years ago.Don't be worried about using this product--just follow the instructions and there is a good video on the vendor's website. My advice is (1) divide the 4 oz bar in half, (2) knead the clay before using, (3) work in small areas [I used 2 square feet area], and (4) don't be afraid to use the clay lubricator [I used about 1/2 the bottle on my 4runner].During application, I couldn't believe how many surface impurities the clay pulled from the paint [remember to fold the clay over to get a clean surface often]. After using the clay, I couldn't believe how smooth the clear coat was on the vehicle.This is a superior product and would highly recommend it.

First time user of a clay cleaning system. Used on a 1987 Porche (red) with good results. Prep work for non cleaner wax product.
