The initial order was left out of the package that was mailed to me. After I reported the issue, the bands were replaced quickly. Very responsive. Good quality product.

Please take my review with a grain of salt as I am not a licensed dental professional, although I've confirmed with my dentist that this is ok for me to do. I have been using orthodontic rubber bands to close/keep closed the gap in my front teeth for several years. This is my first time purchasing from this store and I'm very pleased with the quality. I bought the 1/8 inch bands (equivalent to "Chipmunk" size) and they work great. They have NOT quickly deteriorated and dried up like the last bands few sets of bands I purchased from other companies. They are still in great shape, just enough stretch, thick and do not break easily. This will definitely be my go-to company for bands moving forward.

I am not deducting stars from this product because I didn’t use them for their intended purpose. But I do want to make a note in the event that someone else was searching like I did. These are too small and/or too strong foputting your small dog’s hair into a top knot.

Do not buy the 500 pack. I use these all the time because my retainer broke so I decided to get the 500 pack to save money and so far all the ones i used are not as good quality then if you got a smaller pack. These are more thin and stretchy and feels like it’s not doing anything. I don’t know if they’re trying to get away with giving a lesser quality because there’s a lot and you wouldn’t notice right away or if one of the bags was a bad batch because I put all the bags together into one bag. Highly disappointed i used to like this product.
