in power saving mode its not as quiet as i thought it would be.
Added oil and gas and tried to start it. no luck, turns out it didn't need the choke, its damn hot in Arkansas right now. Once i turned off the choke it started right up. i was hoping it would be a little quieter in power savings mode but having said that its not a loud unit. Seems to be a good unit but i won't really know until it gets cold and the lights go out. then comes the real test.

A wonderful night at the beach
Original I bought this ETQ NI2000i generator for family camping, since that area without electric supply. When I opened the box, it surprised me,The color concept is so deluxe. Then I try to run it at my backyard,Even it is recoil start, but easy to start it. also, very quiet.I found their noise level is 52dB. so, I decide to carry my electric piano to camping. When the camping night, I used this ETQNI2000i generator to supply power for a small refrigerator, and one electric standing light for BBQ, After dinner,I used that ETQ NI2000i to supply electric piano, I play the piano,Did not heard any generator noise, that was a great night. So, I would like to share this experience to everyone, to supply the electric piano when we were coming in the beach. That was a wonder camping night.

Unreliable
First, it says 2000 watts, well yes and no, its 2000 watts surge and 1600 running watts. Next, it works great for a while and for some unexplicable reason it just dies, then when you try to restart it, it vapor locks and almost pulls your hand off. It says on the side "power for your life", Well, when you are using it for power while camping when its 30 degrees and you are in the shower all soaped up and it just dies, not very pleasent for sure. Now, I need to buy a better generator and sell this one. If one was to be using it at some event or just backup power this generator may be fine if restarting it is not an issue. But for camping its not reliable enough. Update, its NOT "endless tough"kwalety"", it has leaked oil since day one, made lots of odd noises, and then went "pop" and just died. Brought it home to see what was wrong with it, it's a dead end mess if it is opened up, nothing is accessable, it had no compression and no spark. Pulled the head and was surprised at all the carbon build up. This generator is cheaply made and will only last a couple of years - a LEMON.

The little generator that could
I’m going to give this generator a four star review after about three weeks of use. Here’s why… The main thing for me is that the title says it is a 3600 W generator and that is simply not true. It is printed directly on the side of the unit that it is a 3200 W generator.Other than that, this thing is amazing for the price. It runs my Lincoln 140 mig flux welder like a champ. You absolutely cannot beat the performance This little machine puts out at this price point. This thing is super easy to set up, very easy to operate, fairly quiet, and it starts first pull every time. There are a few things about it that hard on the cheap side but again, at $400, you cannot beat itMy only other comment… When I first used the generator, it was leaking oil from the air filter. Now that it has dried up a little bit, no more oil. If you’re on the fence, do it.

Easy start and super quiet
Here's what I like about this generator. First it is so easy to start, one pull and she goes. It is super quiet and doesn't seem to strain while I use it. I use it at BBQ Comps. I run a pellet cooker with a rotisserie cooker combo, all my lights, music, everything, never fails.

Great buy!
Sleek, compact, easy to start, fairly quiet, powers the wall AC during my test. I purchased it as preparing for another blackout.

Never started, handle snapped, No Go
My neighbor suggested this model with a caveat - it can take some pulls to get it started. After about 30 pulls and a broken fingernail, the handled snapped free. Why not, it's cheap, pliable plastic. Not a single sputter, cough, or crank - just the empty sound of a failed product.I have many gasoline powered tools, a rototiller, woodchipper, chainsaw, so I understand how to get a gas motor started, but this generator is DOA.
