Great Replacement Toner Cartridge
All I can do is give it 5 starts. The price was right, the service was fast and efficient, the cartridges plugged right in and work flawlessly. If it prints as many sheets as advertised, it will be perfect.

Work fine in Samsung Xpress M2020. Much cheaper than brand cartridges. This was my second order, and I will use them again.

I'd say these are about the same quality as the starter cartridge that came with the printer...

Great buy
So far so good. I initially thought that I'd gotten the wrong size because I did not take the casing off so it didn't fit. Now I tend to print what ever I need effortlessly because I know that I got toner to burn and can get more at a decent price.

Want to excahnge defective product but can't
I purchase 2 sets of the 3 packs. I took all 6 and placed them on the supply shelf. Three worked fine but with low yield. The next two didn't work at all and the last one is in the printer now. Apparently my return window has shut. I would be happy to exchange the two defective cartridges if I could find a way to contact the seller. I hate leaving a bad review. I purchased on April 27th and shipped to Shelby, NC, With our work load we go through 1 cartridge a month so it took me 3 months to get to the defective cartridges. It does not save to buy in bulk when return policy closes in 1 month.

They work (at least the first one)
I have bought several toner cartridges over the years on Amazon/Ebay/Store. Unless you buy the actual brand (Samsung in my case), it is hit or miss if they work, how long they work, etc. My last 2 (from another Amazon seller) worked briefly and then stopped... well short of the toner running out. Kept getting the incompatible or replace toner cartridge. Used the turn it off, wait 5 second, put the toner back in truck for a while, but eventually (when I needed to bring the most) they failed. So far so good with the first of the 3 pack I got. It worked as soon as I put it in. Hopefully it will last longer (and the other 2 will work as well). Prints well. Was inexpensive compared to some others. Came in 2 days, so so far a nice review!
