I don’t think it’s possible to answer this question definitively. As you’ve seen, probably from other reviews, the sizing on this is not accurate, nor is it precise so my advice to you would be to order that size with the expectation that you’re probably going to send it back and exchange it for a different size. Just adjust your expectations.

My jacket fits perfectly. I love it. I bought a Large. I'm 5-11, 182 lbs (10 lbs extra at my midriff). Normal 46 chest. I'd say you should get a 2XL when you consider how many other larger sizes there are available for this jacket above 2XL. If it doesn't fit you can easily swap it out or return it. I do that with Amazon clothing all the time. Piece of cake.

YES IT DOES HAVE A FULL SLEEVE ZIP OUT LINER

Q: is this jacket true to size?

No (varies drastically). I bought the same jacket (size: medium) about 3 years apart. The first one fit perfectly. The last one, the sleeves were about 2 inches longer.
