AMAZING Results! WOW.
I’m skeptical of all products that claim an immediate fix but wow, this definitely works! The pictures tell the whole story. A few things to keep in mind, and a lot of it has already been said by others: 1. Make sure you shake the product before using. 2. Apply to a completely clean face and forget about concealer, foundation, or anything else ever getting anywhere close to where you apply this, that includes before and after. 3. Place a pea size or less on your ring finger and gently wipe it under your eye as you would a concealer. Try to focus on the eye bag itself and the crease right under it and don’t get it too close to your lash line. It worked best for me when I went about an inch below the crease and a little farther out to my temples than I needed to. In other words, covering a larger area. 4. If for some reason you don’t like the way you applied it, remove it, let it dry, and do it over. Don’t keep piling the product on or it will cake. 5. If you are very light skinned like me the tint color is visible. I just use foundation on the rest of my face right up to the edge of the product to even my face out. 6. It will feel a little strange and tight but that just means that it’s working. Pleasantly surprised.

Eye cream tightening
I’m not too happy with this. I’ve used westmore product that was purchased from their website it works great. This one is not working like the ones from website. I would not recommend ordering from amazon.

Finicky but miraculous
This stuff WORKS. However, it needs to be prepared and applied correctly or it’s useless. You HAVE to start with a completely clean, untouched base (if I use any kind of eye cream or moisturizer underneath it, it doesn’t do a darn thing.) But they do warn you about that in the instructions so it’s to be expected. I cleanse, then use a gentle toner (it MUST be oil-free) under the eyes and let it dry completely before applying. You then have to apply JUST the right amount (trial and error, but I’ve found that about a pea size dot is enough for both eyes), and start by gently swiping on the area and THEN patting. When I start out by just patting, it doesn’t work as well. And do NOT get it right underneath the eyes.. it will be crepe-city. This is designed to reduce bags, not fine lines. When I get it too close under my eyes where I have lines I'm horrified. It also definitely feels weird and tight but that’s to be expected. After applying, I’ve found that putting ANY kind of liquid/cream product on top of it (concealer, foundation, moisturizer) completely negates its effects. They say in the instructions that any kind of oil breaks down the tightening qualities and it’s true. So if you want to put makeup on top, it’s best to use some sort of lightweight powder. It does have a tint to it so I haven’t found the need for concealer when I’m wearing it. It definitely is fussy and finicky BUT it works so well I don’t mind. If you read the instructions they are very straightforward about how particular you have to be to get good results, so it’s not like they’re trying to trick you. Now that I’ve practiced with it a bunch, I’ll never be without it. I won’t use it every day because I do like to put eye cream on in the morning and can’t do that with this, so I save it for special occasions or extra-puffy days. It’s expensive but worth it for those days.

Did not mesh with my skin
I tried different amounts and different techniques. Results: less is better or it clumps badly. The effect of bag reduction also dries out the skin but it does reduce bags. The pigment doesn't go on smoothly and tends to shift around until dry but it does diminish dark color. Seems like the clear syrum and pigment don't mix together well and you cant add makeup to it to blend. My final decision is not to keep it. It's too finicky for me to work with and even using very little, the pigment clumps too much. I would rather keep using something that restores moisture rather than draw it out.

Works but one thing
I was skeptical but this product does what it says! BUT I think the manufacturer should invest in a way to see if they can make this in a clear gel or light cream. For anyone with a fair complexion, the tint of this cream is too dark and you can see it on the face. For myself it wasn’t that bad but I put some on my mom who is very fair and you could see it after it dried. It looked like when you wear foundation too dark for your skin and you see that line around your face. But hers was just under her eyes lol. I didn’t apply a lot so that was not the problem. It really should be a clear color so no residue is seen. Also because of the tint, even if it isn’t noticeable after the application, it will be visible by the end of the day. I’d literally invest in this company if they found a way to make it without the tint! Another thing for the ladies asking about wearing it with makeup. I put moisturizer on my face prior to makeup normally, I did the same but avoided under the eyes. I then put my foundation on, dabbed it in areas and blended with a brush. I blended it very lightly under my eyes. Once dried, I then added this eye cream. I wasn’t sure if it would work but it certainly did. As I said I didn’t have much issue with the color of the cream until days end when you could see the color and separation. Anyone who is fair skinned may want to invest in a slightly darker foundation to avoid this.

Best I’ve found for eye bags
When. Amazon has a sale like Prime Day or Black Friday, I like to try several eye creams to see if any really work to reduce eye bags. I’ve tried several brands, the ones that are supposed to work over time and the instant ones, and none have worked except this one! I’m mad I’ve bought Peter Thomas Roth more than once and basically wasted my money because I could never get it to look right. It always left white residue no matter which application method I used. With this one, I can put it on like normal eye cream and not worry about white rings. I am continually amazed when I look in the mirror, even in bright sun, and can’t see residue. At first, I was afraid to use too much, but when I use a pea size for each eye, it looks great. What I do is put on all my makeup then use micellar water to clean just under my eyes before applying this cream. It won’t work with concealer or moisturizer. I was about to give up on ever finding a cream that works until I found this one. It gives me so much more confidence to go out now. Highly recommended.

The best I’ve tried
I love this product. I just ordered my second tube. I have tried others on the market, but this one I love. It does not leave a white residue. It blends in very well with my skin color.

Seems like a new formula that no longer works - inconsistent results
I've used Westmore's 60-Second Eye Effects Tinted Firming Gel for a year. That's how long my first tube lasted. In the beginning, because it was so expensive ($45), I only used it for special occasions. Once I got the hang of applying it (and that DID take some time), I loved it so much that I wore it daily even if I wasn't leaving the house. It was nice to see my face whenever I walked by a mirror! I finally ran out a month ago and was pleasantly surprised to see the price was $10 less. But the product doesn't seem the same. I have struggled for a month now to achieve the results I'd had for a year and it's as if I've forgotten how to apply it! NOTHING I do works. The bags & dark circles are still there. Don't know if I've got a defective tube, but the product does not go on evenly. I've re-watched the vids, re-read the instructions, but it just looks blotchy & dry. There are rare occasions when it magically works again, but results are generally inconsistent. I'm looking for something new.
