Great sing-a-long!!
This is simply a lot of fun. I don't know who likes it more, more grandchildren, my kids, or my wife and I. All those songs you liked from tv like Frosty the Snowman, The Little Drummer Boy, etc. They are all here! And just like the old Mitch Miller tv show, just follow the bouncing ball and sing along!! Add this to your Christmas collection!

My 3 yr old loves it
My recently turned 3 yr old son has developed a taste for sing-a-longs, and I thought this would entertain him. It worked so well in that respect that I fear I will be hearing Frosty the Snowman and Rudolph well into the next Christmas season! It is a little shorter than other DVDs of this genre, which means I have to hear the same songs repeatedly when he returns to the beginning and starts it over again. However, it has music and video directly from the TV specials, which means he gets very excited when "his" songs come on the television. All in all, a good purchase.

Fun Christmas Sing Along.
My children are big fans of sing along DVDs. They love to sing and dance. So with Christmas coming up and the great price I decided to go with! The kids love it and sometimes watch it 2 or 3 times in a row. I enjoy the the music as well. There are 11 songs as follows:Holly Jolly Christmas (feat. Burl Ives)Santa Claus is Comin' to Town (feat. Fred Astaire)First Toy Maker tot the KingJingle Jingle JingleThe Most Wonderful Time of the YearPut One Foot in Front of the Other (feat. Mickey Rooney)Frosty the Snowman (feat. Jimmy Durante)We Are Santa's ElvesGive a Little Love (feat. Mickey Rooney)Rudolph the Red-Nosed ReindeerThe Little Drummer Boy (feat. The Vienna Boys Choir)

Christmas Classics Sing-A-Long
After opening presents and eating dinner on Christmas Day, the whole family - three generations - gathered in the family room to sing these Christmas carols. At first some of the twenty -somethings were not eager but played along. We found most of them were familiar to us. At the end, the five-year old shouted, "Let's do it again!" He really got into the spirit of family doing something together. Grandma loved it, too.

Christmas Charm
This is a delightful holiday time DVD for kids and nostalgia junkies. I love the songs featured (except for Drummer Boy -- I've never liked that song), especially all the classics from the original stop-motion Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer. My biggest beef is that this is a very short DVD -- 20 minutes or so, tops. But my kids loved it and played it a lot over the holidays.

Short and sweet!
The DVD contains the following songs from the respective Rankin/Bass Christmas specials -RUDOLPH THE RED-NOSED REINDEER -Holly Jolly ChristmasJingle Jingle JingleThe Most Wonderful Day Of The YearWe Are Santa's ElvesRudolph The Red-Nosed ReindeerSANTA CLAUS IS COMIN' TO TOWN -First Toy Maker To The KingSanta Claus Is Comin' To TownPut One Foot In Front Of The OtherGive A Little LoveFROSTY THE SNOWMAN -Frosty The SnowmanTHE LITTLE DRUMMER BOY -The Little Drummer Boy.The DVD is quite short (just 24 minutes long) so the kids might play it more than once each time! Each song has the words at the bottom. Nothing ground-breaking here - it does exactly what it says on the cover! Looking forward to singing Rudolph with my nephew :-)

Very Few Songs You Will Recognize!
I found this CD to be very short and, much to my disappointment, contained only about 3 or 4 songs I recognized. The other few songs it contained I had never heard before and did not particularly like. I would have returned this CD except I had opened it to play it. I feel I wasted my money!

old classics
The footage looks old, but then again, it is. I didn't realize upon buying it that most of the clips are from the old Rudolph movie (at least thats what I think now, according to my memory). But the DVD is as advertised, and for kids who just like the songs, this is perfect since they don't need to sit through the whole movies to get to the good parts. My 2-year old likes the Frosty the Snowman clip the best.
