Justice League of America's Vibe: Breach

J'ai acheté ce volume car je ne connaissais pas grand chose du personnage, à part ce que l'on peut lire dans le titre Justice League of America, où il passe un peu au second plan. J'étais vraiment curieux de connaître quels étaient réellement l'étendue des pouvoirs de Vibe, et ses origines. J'ai été agréablement surpris, le scénario est bien ficelé avec des retournements de situations et les dessins sont très bien. J'ai quand même eu un bémol avec le dernier chapitre qui condense les événements qui selon moi auraient été mieux étalés sur deux chapitres de plus pour gagner en clarté et profondeur. Cependant, la série ayant été annulé on peut comprendre pourquoi les scénaristes ont du condenser l'histoire, c'est dommage!Bref j'ai passé un agréable moment à lire les débuts de Cisco Ramon dans la peau de Vibe. Après cette lecture je ne trouve plus ce personnage inutile, je me suis attaché à lui (et j'aimerai en lire plus sur ses aventures ou qu'il prenne une plus grand place dans la série Justice League of America. Malgré le dernier chapitre ce comics book est top. Je le recommande!

In great condition

This book is amazing from start to finish. The artwork is spectacular from page to page. The story beautiful and heartfelt. It's amazing they kept a fluid narative while keeping the action alive. Every scene in this book has a new pose. It never feels boring to look at. And might I say being A Puerto Rican male we don't have any famous Superheros and Vibe here did exceptionally well representing my people. I am also proud of that fact that he is. Makes a tear fall from my eyes cause it has been along time we don't have any representations in comics. Definitely buy this comic especially if you are a Boricua.

I bought this because I have a Vibe figure and didn't know anything about him.I give this a 5 out of 5.The story flows correct and it makes you join his side.A.R.G.U.S wanted Vibe working for him and gave him his costume. But Vibe starts to wonder if he's working for bad people.The book reveals his family life, becoming a Hero, and fighting other famous characters from DC. Spoiler: (Gypsy, Kid Flash, and more.)Buy this if you wish to learn about him. It's good!

Great tie in with Justice League of America Vol 1 & 2. They have given so much depth to this character with a story line that left me wanting more. I was disappointed to see this was a one and done volume and that JLofA was cut short as well. If you are reading JLofA this is a must read.
