Finally got my numbers for my thyroid, correct with this supplement, combined with iodine. It has a really long half-life so you don’t have to take it very often. Look up the half-life before you start figuring out your dose.

So far so good but my God, the taste is absolutely horrible

It has eggy or rotten-egg smell the 1st moment i open the container. I’m not sure if thats something normal due to yeast.
