Great pudding tin and lid
we can’t get a steamed pudding to work with it yet but the recipe works with a pottery basin

This product was not as big as it claims to be. I have already put in a complaint and I have had no response.

good for plum duff
This makes a good small plum duff. I use a one pint recipe (2oz of nearly everything) and it works well. Butter well and put a paper over the top to avoid sticking. Have not tried it for anything other than a duff.
