What is the expiration date?

Do not know. Varies w/ pkg. You can assume it's current and provides a reasonable time to use the entire pkg or purchase locally if possible. I haven't had any issue receiving the product w/ a lapsed expiration date.

This is a 'real' thing...how much spermidine does this contain. Bioavailable. Suppliments on Amazon over 100$...thx?

I think the answer below is incorrect. I believe all wheat germ contains spermidine.Approximately 13 mg per gram of wheat germ if I remember correctly.

Is the packaging recyclable?

Bobs Red Mill plastic packaging is NOT recyclable!!!! Do NOT mix it in with grocery bag recycling, it will contaminate the plastics which can be used. I’ts awful stuff and I won’t buy their products any more.
