Ann Lauren Dolls 18 Inch Reborn Baby Boy Doll- Made in Spain

This is the most beautiful doll I’ve ever seen. He looked a little red in my dark bedroom but, in natural light, he is amazing. There are a few tiny blood vessels on his legs, and the shadowing on the backs of his knees is so real looking. I know that is weird to comment on, but that is the kind of detail I’m impressed by. The paint job is impeccable. He is weighted and feels so real. His head needs a little support like a real baby. His arms and legs turn and move for easy posing. He is bald, but that just means no bad wig to hassle with. He doesn’t have eyebrows, but the shadowing of the skull suggests them like a real newborn, too. He does have a bit of drool at the corner of his mouth. It looks real, too, but not sure it is a detail I like for all the time. I’m in love enough that Santa needs to bring me one, too. The only complaint I have is that the “vanilla” scent is off a bit for me. Not sure how it will hold up to my nine year old’s love and attention, but for someone who wants a better quality looking reborn without going custom for the big bucks, this is a good option. He came with a small blue blanket, a pacifier, a birth certificate book, and a care guide. Nice box with a drawer holding the extras. Well packaged but not hard to get out. Well worth the money for the upgrade in quality appearance.
