I don’t like a too firm hold but this product isn’t doing anything at all. Tried it as my usual product was out of stock and it was at the top but I won’t be using it again

I’d give this product a full 5 star if it was still the same product as it used to be. After ordering number 4 which I have used for a couple of years now, I noticed the tub was different and thereafter noticed the wax colour, consistency and smell was different.The colour should be light and consistency should be thick with a pleasant smell. The newer version is darker, softer and the smell is completely different. The overall feel is weaker and doesn’t work as well as the original version. I contacted the seller to enquire re the change, they didn’t respond.It’s a shame, the product was beyond amazing before the change.
