Not good.
Guess I had a bad can. Definitely in date but the ‘cream’ was brown and mainly water. Put it down the sink.

The cream got solid when I refrigerate it. The taste seems alright. But it will get spoiled if you want to reuse it after a usage. So If you wanna use it all at once then go for it. So keep it outside the refrigerator otherwise it will be rock solid and the creamy part will accumulate at the top and the liquid part at the bottom
