Not as comfortable as you would think
For the money, you'd think you would float down into this thing, but it's too hard and stiff for that. For that reason, I do not use it: it hurts my back worse than the chair I'm looking to take comfort in. This marks the 3rd back surgery I've had, and am forced to sleep in my easy chair to keep from rolling onto my side, which makes everything worse. My search continues. It's a fine product, for those who need a stiff support.

It's comfortable and feels nice on the bum and back
My only dislike of this product is that the straps it has to keep the back strapped to the chair back are much too short and I could not use them at all to attach the back part to my chair. The elastic strap works fine but the vertical straps just were WAY too short. Because of the lack of having the use of the vertical straps the seat cushion does move forward quite often but it's an easy fix to push it back into place. I love the way the back support feels and it fits perfectly into my lower back and feels both supportive and comfortable. I wish the seat part had a bit more cushion to it but overall it's fine, though I've fallen in love with the back part more than anything. I really like the way it supports my back.

Not the best quality.
Don’t waste your money! This no longer offers any back support. I have only been using it for about 6 weeks, the seat and back portion have become very flat, and is now very uncomfortable. I have stopped using it, and would return it if I still could.

Seat cushion is not high pile
The length and depth are not even a close representation of what the advertisement shows. Upsetting as a wide bottom women. I waited a while to save up for this claimed style of seat. I am truly disappointed.
