My Dog's Medical Records

Well all the pages are the same. Basically for 1 dog. I have several and planned on having all of their information in 1 book, but that won't happen with this one. Might make some adjustments, cause i do like the big spaces to log information in.

This is good and simplified. I have two huskies and yes this is for one pet but I just use a page each for them when needed. Other then that it’s a good product.

I love the book and think what I have left is probably enough for my pet.... but 17 pages just fell out upon opening the book for the first time. Glue didn’t take from publisher or something. But otherwise, it’s an awesome resource.

I use one of the pages for vaccination for worming. There's plenty for that. Lots of vet visits pages and personal notes to go with that. My book was made very well. Was not falling apart As others have said. This would be nice to send home with a puppy to it's forever home. Breeders often send home gift bags with puppys.

This book is nice for keeping records but the cover is pretty cheaply made. Overall I’m happy with the purchase.

adorable and the vet really liked it. I have had folders for each of my dogs in the past but getting a new puppy we thought this would be cute and it certainly is

Is too big no was what I looking for but is cute

Great for 1 dog. I love the big spaces. But there’s no pages for Dewormed or Flea meds history.

Having the records in one book it useful for traveling,especially if you are crossing borders.
