Hubble custom recepticle
A little expensive and make sure you purchase hubble box to use with it. It did do exactly what i needed for a lcd tv box

Not what I thought it would be since this Hubbell ...
Not what I thought it would be since this Hubbell Plate does not align with the mounting tabs on a standard electrical box

I choked a bit at the price of this outlet but it is convenient and did what I wanted it to do.

Make sure you can mount it before you buy it.
I bought this to install a TV in my kitchen. This is exactly what I needed an outlet and HDMI plug. I got everything wired and then I discover that this outlet will not mount into the junction box.

Since all gang box mounting holes are universal it makes this recepticle useless.
Recepticle mounting holes do not match gang box mounting holes. Recepticle mounting holes are offset. Since all gang box mounting holes are universal it makes this recepticle useless.
