I have a aluminum gazebo on my deck and I have bought these in a variety of sizes. They come in convenient sizes and hold up extreemly well. They are a good buy. I put them up with bungee balls so they can go up and down in a flash. But they come with things to secure them if you want to use theirs. The last time I ordered, it came with ties and bungee balls.

This is the second sun cover cloth that I've ordered. Both for new pergolas in my back yard. Light weight and easy to install. I did order fasteners to basically nail them into the wood rather than just using the rope that comes with them. We have strong winds in Oklahoma and its necessary to have them attached well. The light can still come thru the material, yet it provides good shade on sunny days. I've had the first one installed for over a year now and it still looks new and as good as the day we installed it. I would highly recommend this sun cover fabric for any such purpose.

I like everything about this one. Thickness is sufficient. The variety of sizes available make for easy selection of the right fit. Installation was quite easy. It does the job. Fast shipping, too! Excellent communication from the seller. The only drawback I find is with the long side of my 8x7 purchase. There are only 5 grommets on the 8-foot side, which is insufficient. It hangs with some drooping in between the grommets (and I have the hooks placed exactly in line with the grommets). I wish there had been 10 grommets to add more support where needed along the top edge that has to grip the entire weight of the thing. Two weeks up and it's doing the job. I'm still curious how long those 5 grommets will hold without tearing, though.

This is the 3rd panel I have purchased for my gazebo. The three panels block the sun as it moves throughout the day. Back yard is very pleasant to lounge in now. Very happy with my purchase!

We live in a townhouse with a patio and have a pergola. It was perfect for privacy and the wind doesn’t take it, easy to install with tie downs or zip ties. Adds shade and beauty to our patio.

I have installed this vertically on the west side of a metal carport and am using it mostly to protect my roadster from wind and blowing rain, and to a lesser extent from late day sun. In warmer weather the roadster is parked with the top down and a tonneau cover over the cockpit, and in cold weather with top up and a full car cover, and I wanted some protection from both strong wind and blowing rain. When the wind is strong some rain does make it through the panel, but this isn't a problem as the air movement is attenuated sufficiently to keep it from blowing under the cover. I haven't gone through a winter with it yet but from the performance so far I think it will prevent strong winter winds from making the full cover flap around and potentially damage the car's finish.

The privacy shades are good and easily attachable.The only put-off was that it had short strings to attach so had to use 2 for one corner. And they were small.there should have been atleast 8 Strings to attach.

I purchased two Alion shade panels to protect us from the sun on two sides of our gazebo on our back garden deck. I’m very pleased with the quality of this product and the marvellous way they provide shade and lower the temperature in the gazebo area on those very hot and humid days. Now we can enjoy sitting comfortably in this area.

Seems to be well made, it has been installed for 2 months and no damage from wind yet. I was concerned about the edges or loop holes tearing but its good so far.My only disappointment is the color. I ordered smokey grey and I would call it closer to beige. Wish it had a darker grey tint. 4 stars from me
