Biotin will really help your nails

I've found this brand/formula works best for me to relieve the random nerve pains that felt like somebody was jabbing me with a large pin. Other capsules left me with a burning sensation in my throat, but this one doesn't. And it's a great value for a quality product.

If you need a more potent form of ALA, I would highly consider Life extensions R formula R Lipoic Acid (RALA). This is good if you only need a normal dose. I have pretty good neuropathy from chemo, and this wasn't put a dent into it ... RALA however absorbs better.
