I have been using this since over 30 days now as immunity is ny prime consern in the current scenario. i'm skeptical of the drugstore powders and use them only in food for taste.This I have everyday first thing in the morning by mixing in warm water or making a tea with some ginger. a d garlic You can mix with milk and have it as well.If you have gut or inflammation issues, you can try this powder.Its finely milled and comes in a zip pack.Mixes with smoothies, teas and batters easily. Really a nice one.
Bought this few days ago and drinking it by mixing it with my drink since then. It is really effective. The must have product in winters as it has turmeric in it.
