How is this advanced version different from the original one?

It shows a smiley when you're ovulating, and the smiley stays for 48 hours, so you know when is the best chance to get pregnant. For me, it didn't work well because apparently I was ovulating at a different time then the tests showed me. And I found out about this after I got pregnant via insemination...

Do this holder connect to my phone to snyc results to the app?

This does not connect to a app or phone. This give. You pee on it and it gives you what day you are close to or on your fertile day. You can input that info on any fertility app. You just put the day you get a positive ovulation test. All fertility apps have that option if your using tests.

Why am i not getting a high result?

Results are based on detected levels of HCG. Levels are highest in the morning and lower throughout the day as consideration in the urine declines. Blood hcg levels double every 48 hours. So if you use a pink dye urine test first thing in morning every 2 days you should see a increase of color on the strip. Hope this helps
