No options to address problems but good chairs
The media could not be loaded. 3 out of the 4 chairs are outstanding. Comfy and love that they stack up out of the way when not in use. One of the chairs arrived damaged with one leg bent in and the floor tap recessed even though they were very well packed with wraps and foam and even a piece of wood at the bottom. Tried to contact product support who directed me to Amazon. Only option there is to return all, its just 1 chair and I think sending them all back is a waste of resources. The lack of options to address a product issue makes it loose a star. Guess I have 3 great new chairs and one sad bent leg chair only children can sit on since it is not structurally sound.

Good quality for the price
These inexpensive chairs look good and feel comfortable. We've had ours for almost a year and they still look good and have had no issues.

May not be real leather
Extremely reasonable price. Not sure I will keep them long term, but they will be fine and for the price, not worth returning.Not sure they are real leather.
