Works great! Love it for my packages

I received my first stamp, it did not transfer well when we tried stamping it. I reached out to this company's customer service, but felt like they just took way too long to respond, and I had to keep following up to find out what was going on. I provided images of the stamp's finaly impression which was a void in the center of all the impressions. I believe this was due to the size. I finally received my replacement stamp, however it does not work any better than the first one and I find it was a big waste of time and money. Not at all impressed with the customer service or the product itself.

when you are trying to get things done quick, this item can't keep up. Leaves blank spots sometimes.
