Broken promises
Very nice product but was packed In such a no sense way all four coffee mugs were broke and a saucer plate they definitely need to reevaluate packing procedures.🤔

Beautiful dinnerware!
We purchased a set of this dinnerware back in 2012. We loved the design, but the dinnerware chipped easily and was not microwave safe. We recently discovered that this dinnerware is now fired at a higher temperature, which makes it more durable and microwave safe, so we replaced our 2012 dinnerware with a new set. We have been extremely happy with the new set. It is indeed more durable, and it also has a better glaze. Every night is like having dinner in Italy!

Mugs leak
The mugs are leaking through the unglazed ring on the bottom. Coasters are mandatory.
