Q: Can I use cupcake cup with these ?

Are you asking if you can put paper liners in this pan? If yes, I haven't tried but I don't see why not.

Q: How many tablespoons does each hold

I use a small ice cream scoop so I guess it holds 2-3, allowing for the rise of batter. They are a standard mini muffin size.

Q: Can you put liners in these or is the size too for a minicupcake liner?

Mini cupcake liners with dimensions: 1 1/8 inches in diameter(3mm) liner base by 7/8 inches tall(2.2mm) will fit this style baking pan perfectly. This size equates to a 3 inch diameter circle when flattened out. Wilton is a brand that carries this size liner. I tested a 3.5 flattened fluted baking cup by Reynolds. It did not fit this baking pan. Good luck.
