Since we just purchased a new pizza oven, these have been very convenient tools to help us with the dough. The roller helps you create the desired thickness of crust very simply. The silicone mat alleviates the dough sticking to the counter or one of those plastic cutting boards. We like to vary the thickness of our pizza crust and these two items have made making pizza a lot easier.
