Lovely wine. Grapes picked when frozen below -4 degrees. The unctious, syrupy grape flavour enhanced by a hint of peach and honey is followed by a cleansing acidity - just right to go with a dessert.

I cannot say I have a clue what this is supposed to taste like, but my friend from Canada said it was exactly what she was looking for. She's pretty cool and has good taste, so if you are looking in this very niche market of gifting a Canadian, this stuff works.

Good, but not as good as most Canadian ice wines I’ve tried before. Not really £50 good.

This is my second purchase of this beautifully tasting wine. Also arrived earlier than stated. Highly recommended.
