Amazing anxiety blanket. Get a king size if you have a queen bed!
Definitely a great blanket. Came right on time. If you have trouble sleeping or bedtime anxiety, don’t hesitate to buy. I got it as a cheaper alternative to a weighted blanket for my anxiety. Saves at least $60 and just 2lbs less than “weighted”. It helps so much with my insomnia. Though, if you get hot when you sleep it could be a problem. I do get hot, but, I bought a temperature regulating blanket to go under it as well as using a fan every night anyways. It’s not too bad with one foot out! If you don’t like a “fuzzy” blanket, like me, put a blanket under it as well. 10/10 would buy again.
